Peter Chontos has been practicing real estate law for twenty-five years. A graduate of New York Law School, he is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Minnesota, Washington, and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. He has represented both commercial and residential clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. He has also served as a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Landlord, and is a licensed realtor and title attorney.
